2. Orders and Quotations

  • All quotations are valid for the period specified in the offer, usually 30 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders are confirmed only after receipt of written confirmation or deposit, as specified in the quotation.

  • Prices, lead times, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

  • Standard payment methods: Wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, or as agreed in the contract.

  • For custom orders, a deposit is required before production begins. The balance must be cleared before shipment.

  • Late payments may incur interest or delay in order processing.

4. Production and Delivery

  • Lead times depend on order quantity, customization, and production schedules.

  • Delivery dates are estimated and may vary due to production, shipping, or force majeure.

  • Risk passes to the buyer upon shipment from our factory. Buyers are responsible for freight insurance if needed.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom products (OEM/ODM) are generally non-returnable.

  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund defective items.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All product designs, drawings, and branding provided by Everlucent remain our intellectual property until fully transferred under agreement.

  • Customers must not reproduce, copy, or distribute our designs without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

  • We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party systems unless explicitly stated.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

  • Any disputes will be resolved primarily through friendly negotiation, failing which through arbitration in Hangzhou, China under the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) rules.

9. Amendments

  • We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates the latest revision.

  • Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
